Clare Greaves and the Friends of Oak Grove College are holding a coffee afternoon on Friday 12 June in The Rosie (next to the school) from 12.30 to 2.30, all parents and carers welcome.
CEOP (Child Exploitation and Online Protection) have just started work on a major refresh of their parents and carers website: www.thinkyouknow.co.uk/parents
They are keen to gain insight into parents’ and carers’ views on the current site, and what they would like to see on the new version (it doesn’t matter if you haven’t used the site before).
They are currently seeking parents and carers views to feed in to this, and are looking for parents/carers who would be willing to take part in a telephone interview which should last around 45 minutes. They want to speak to parents and carers of primary and secondary children including children with special education needs.
If you’re able to help with this, please contact Martina Cottam at the following email address –
Our media group made a video (consisting of 6th Form students) in an attempt to bring in more of the public to our annual 6th Form plant sale.
This was done in two weeks by students with various experience, only one with previous experience of film making and basic marketing.
