Tuesday 15 November 2016
5:00pm – 6:00pm
West Sussex County Council with its partners, young people with SEND and parent carers has been working on the development of a SEND Pathways to Adulthood Strategy. This is focused on enabling young people with SEN&D to have more control over their lives; achieve as much independence as possible – including how to keep themselves safe and healthy; realise their ambitions and progress successfully into adult life.
As part of our continuing co-production of this Strategy we are inviting young people, parent carers and service providers to join us at a number of Talk to Us events across the county to hear about the Strategy and to have an input into its development.
Oak Grove College has kindly agreed to host one of these informal events, on Tuesday 15 November 2016 at the College between 5:00pm and 6:00pm so if you would like to hear more about this Strategy and to tell us what you think it should include, please make your way to The Space where someone from West Sussex County Council will be waiting to talk with you and hear your views.
There’s no need to let us know if you are coming, just drop in if you can.
