Good Mental Health – Activities and Worry Story

Lianna, one of our school counsellors has put together some amazing activity ideas for both rainy and sunny days. She has also created a worry story where she explains to the students how someone is feeling during this uncertain time. The story is interactive and asks for the young person reading the story to share their own thoughts and feelings. It has been designed to try and support students to make some sense of the current Coronavirus situation and their reaction to it.
